There are cancellation fee and gateway charges for flight which we didn't plan to cancel. Have been waiting for the remaining refund since March 2020. And now just gotten another reply indicating it will take another 10 to 12 weeks to receive the refund. Each response takes weeks and even a month each time. Would have gotten a full refund if it was a direct purchase. Highly not recommended.
I have booked flight twice - Once on 24th March, 20 and other on 12th May, 20 and to my bad flight got canceled due to COVID-19. I contacted IndiGo airline for my refund, they told full amount has been refunded back to Raja Travels. I am dropping mail to Via customer care and also trying to contact them daily from last 2 months every single day. I need my full refund for both the flights.
WORST APP. Please dont book your ticket through this.

A scammer company we book 2 hotel tickets from this site and it was cancel because of the flight issue goverment lockdown issue in phillippine we even done contact with the hotel of the cancelation the hotel didnt charge us any amount but this via.com took our full amount of money and didnt want to return us a single dollar..everyone out there do not buy from this via.com...i repeat dont purchase from this via.com u will regreat...
Terrible and reckless driving. Person cut me off twice without signalling like he was racing. Inconsiderate idiot that has the lives of others in your hand. You should be fired. I then drove close enough to get his/her license plate. I hope you loose your job because you definitely don't care about the lives of others. PFW-3281
Please do use this company to make any booking. I happen to book a flight from Guwahati-Mumbai online, which happened to be through a company via.com. They are known by several other names - via.com / sastiticket.com / Flight raja travels pvt ltd. The scheduled Spicejet flights were delayed and I had to cancel the ticket. The refund process has been a nightmare. Unable to get through to the company for any refunds. After zero responses and no one answering I tried calling the booking department. The person who answered my call Rahul Chaudhary, *******@via.com was very rude and unprofessional, unhelpful. Not sure if I will ever get any money back!
Even after telling them it's a medical emergency my refund is not processed when the airlines have transferred money to via.com

First of all, none of them know how to reply promptly, constantly having to chase them for replies. Second of all, lied to us saying that you’ve requested the refund from the airline, but only sent it out when we CHASED them to give us the reference number so that we can go directly to the airlines. Fk via.com i hope yall go bankrupt bc you guys don’t deserve anyones money.

yall need to hook up with Toyota there a planty off people who wants to work with them but there is no transportation to and from Toyota they make all this money selling trucks.
Had very bad experience and worst website i have ever visited, not giving proper information especially for cancellation process.not even responding in a call. Their behavior is very rude towards the customer in the call. Not recommending this website to book tickets.
Trapping innocent people. I have booked a ticket through Via.com based on google flight listing/suggestion vide their Booking ID. FMNAF39PW5RLM with Oman Air PNR: MDBYVZ for Delhi-Doha Flight scheduled for 16/05/2020. The flight was cancelled due to Covid. I went to Oman Air local office and got the ticket open and was informed that I can utilize the tiket till 30th June, 2020 for any future booking. Recently, when I visited to re-book the ticket, it was informed that the amount was refunded to Via.com through Oman air Mumbai Office. Telephone calls are unattended and emails not responded when we treid to reach them for complaints. It appears that the company has got refund from all airlines, and are not repaying to customers. Seek the support of Via.com
Worst service ever. No contact number only email. But still ignored. Continue to promoting ticket but never refund back to customer for cancelled ticket. Nothing but a scam. Horrible agency. I won’t use ever again.
They have the worst customer care I have ever faced in my entire traveling career, nobody responds neither do they have the courtesy.
